Things Made Just for You A few ideas I have put together myself that may help. Chart An excel spreadsheet; you can mark off the time spent on tasks and allocate a reward. I'm currently using one for my cleaning, and rewards include a cup of tea, Diary Quote Put an inspirational quote in your diary each week, try to read it, write it, doodle it, say it as many times as you can. When you find another quote, put it into a subsequent week.
